This six week course, designed to help you break up with emotional eating and fall in love with non-toxic living. This is a hybrid course. Once you register to receive the six modules, you will schedule your three, 45min, 1:1 health coaching sessions with me. This approach allows you to dive deeply into your personal food story, and navigate through the events and limiting beliefs that have you stuck in food rules, diet cultures, yoyo dieting, guilt, unsustainable habits, continual "restart", and mental suffering. Additionally, I will make bio-individual dietary and lifestyle recommendations, based on YOUR needs during this program. Bridging the gap between living clean and a balanced mental state is key to sustaining your healthy habits. We're here to build a non-toxic lifestyle, not a diet. Are you ready?!
